Mexican Chicken Breasts recipe - Weight Watchers Recipes

Notes:
Substitutions for “good” food is hard to find sometimes, my family and I love mexican food and this dish is great when we are craving mexican and don’t have the money to go out or we are dieting!  I serve this chicken with fat free refried beans and Baked scoops and the family really enjoys it alot.

Servings: 5


Ingredients:
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pack Taco Seasoning
5 (3 oz.) Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breasts
1 cup Salsa
1/4 cup Fat Free Sour Cream


Directions:
1. Place chicken and taco seasoing in a resealable bag; shake to coat well.
2. Spray casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
3. Place chicken in pan/dish.
4. Bake 30-40 minutes at 375 degrees.
5. Top with salsa 5 minutes before breasts are done.
6. Top with sour cream before serving.
