Lowfat Taco Salad recipe -

Notes:
For all of you doing Weight Watchers, I input the receipe online and the points per serving is 4pts. It is a Core Receipe …all except the Baked Doritos, which adds 2 pts. This is delicious!

Servings: 8


Ingredients:
2 large tomato(es)
1 head romaine lettuce
1 1/2 bell pepper(s)
1 cup red onion(s)
1 cup Kraft Free Catalina Salad Dressing
16 oz Eden Organic Chili Beans (dark red kidney)
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 pound cooked extra lean ground beef


Directions:
Chop up onions and peppers and mix together with beans, tomatoes, and chili powder in the bottom of a large bowl. Chop up lettuce and place in bowl. Brown the beef and let it cool down for about 5 min. Place on top of lettuce. Pour Fat Free Catalina on top. Now, mix everything all together.


You can garnish your serving with Fat Free Shredded Cheese and Fat Free Sour Cream. Also, to add a crunch to the salad crush one ounce of Baked Doritos on top of your portion. Remember to add 2 points for the Doritos! Every ingredient listed is acceptable on the Core Plan except the Doritos.
