Ingredients:
Small Wheat bread loaf from the deli section of the store, the good stuff you bake in the oven, hummus ( I prefer the original for this recipe), one can chopped olives
Directions:
Slice the wheat bread into small peices the side way so they make little disks. Put them on a cookie sheet and bake until brown on one side. While these are browning, mix enough hummus and olives together to be able to cover all slices of the bread you cut up. Take the bread peices out and let cool for a sec. Flip them over. Spread the hummus and olives mixture on the bread peices and serve. Extra good!!! A variation of a meal I had once!
