Notes:
This was supposed to be oatmeal bars - but I couldn’t get them to stick . A great hot baked breakfast - I take the extra servings and refridgerate them for later.
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
1 cups oatmeal
Tbsp margarine or softened butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Tbsp raisins
Tbsp chopped pecans (or walnuts)
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
tbsp vanilla syrup
1/2 cup fresh fruit - berries, banana, apple, pear ….
Directions:
Preheat 350 F
Mix all ingredients and place in a pan
Bake 20 - 25 minutes
