Notes:
This low calorie, low fat free diet menu recipe for Dynamite Pork Chops serves two for about 150 calories each.

Ingredients:
2 Thinly Sliced Pork Chops
1 Tablespoon Orange Marmalade
Salt, Pepper
Non-stick Cooking Spray


Directions:
Cook pork chops in non-stick pan with cooking spray. Salt, pepper. When done, add marmalade and cook until dissolved.
