Canned Turkey Chili with or without beans
Wheat Tortilla
Fat Free Cheese
Directions:
Choose chili to your tastes, compare brands (some brands may be lower in fat, calories or sodium; depending on your diet)
Microwave your chili, add to the tortillas and cheese. Lettuce, Tomato, Onions, Bell Peppers, sour cream, salsa…. be creative. ENJOY !
