anytime meal recipe - Healthy Diet Recipes

so easy and so good. heats up nice and is great for breakfast, lunch or dinner. very healthy.

Ingredients:
eggs, garlic powder and any veggies you like. Use any amount you like. use cooking spray.


Directions:
cook veggies till tender, and add garlic powder, and mix, when veggies are tender, add eggs and cook till done. very good.
