Main Dish
This is a delicious chicken and pasta dish that can be low fat. My kids and husband love it.
Servings: 8
Ingredients:
chicken breast, cut up or shredded
pasta, any kind
Low fat thousand island dressing
seasoning, any kind you prefer
Directions:
cook pasta. Saute chicken until cooked then pour dressing right into pan with chicken and let it simmer for 20 minutes or so. After pasta is done then add it to the chicken, add your seasonings.
