Ingredients: Whole wheat tortilla 2-3 eggs scrambled (I use 2 egg whites and one whole) Chunky Salsa American or Shredded Cheese
Directions: Beat eggs Stir in salsa Scramble in pan or place in microwave safe dish on high for 1-2 min. Place cheese on top to melt Wrap in tortilla
