Notes:
Weight Watcher’s banana ice cream. SOOO yummy! I мейд this at home with 2 ingredients.
1 banana = 2 points
1 cup whole milk = 2 points
Recipe makes two 1/2 cup servings, so I figure the recipe is 2 points per serving.
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
1 Banana (any size)
Milk
Directions:
Peel banana and slice. Take slices and freeze them over night.
Once the banana slices are frozen, put them in a blender with 1/2 cup milk. (I use whole milk)
Blend until smooth.
Makes 1 cup of smooth, banana ice cream.
You can eat it right away but I seperated mine into 1/2 cup portions (makes 1 cup = two 1/2 cup servings) and froze them to make ice cream!
You can also add any additional toppings, but remember to factor in the WW points.
