Notes:
This is a low-fat sandwhich that I learned to make from one of my friends.
Servings: 1
Ingredients:
Multi-grain bread
1/2 tbsp low-fat mayo
1/2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
1 tsp fancy mustard
Spinach
Lettuce
Tomato, sliced
Turkey meat
Freshly ground black pepper
Provolone Cheese
Directions:
~Toast 2 slices of bread
~Mix the peanut butter and the mayo and spread sparingly on one slice of bread
~Spread mustard on the other slice of bread
~Add all the other ingredients
~ENJOY!
