This is a great mid-day snack. I eat it everyday after school, and its only a two minute meal, and one the kids will love!

Ingredients:
Any low fat Yoplait Yogurt, favorite flakes cereal (preferrably sugar free kellogs frosted flakes) tsp of 2% milk.
Directions:
Pour the cereal into the bowl, then dump the contents of the yogurt container of your choice into the bowl. Add a tsp of milk to mix it up easier, then sit, relax, and enjoy.
