Spaghetti Carbonara
Slimming World -
FREE on Extra Easy when served with 1/3 Superfree.
FREE on Green with the ham as HeB.
Servings: 4
Ingredients:
1/2 pack Spaghetti
250g Quark
1 Clove garlic
120g pack of ham, chopped
1 onion
3 large egg yolks
Directions:
1. Put the spaghetti in a pan of boiling water and cook.
2. Chop and then fry the onion and garlic.
3. Mix the Quark and egg yolks together in a bowl. Add a little water to get it to the right, creamy consistancy.
4. When cooked, drain the spaghetti and return to the pan on a low heat. Add the onions, garlic, ham and sauce (Quark and egg yolks) and stir.
5. When all mixed together and heated, serve with veg or salad.
