Ingredients: long bean spinach leaves young corn salt
Directions: 1. wash raw materials in the water flowing 2. small pieces 2-3 cm long 3. heat the water, if it is boiling 4. pour the beans, leaf spinach and baby corn 5. cook for 5 minutes, do not be too long 6. lower salt to taste
