Saucy Gnocchi recipe - Diet Recipes

Notes:
400 calories, 3.5 grams of fat per serving…and absolutely FABULOUS!! You’ll prefer this over pasta anyday!! Serves 4.

Servings: 4


Ingredients:
1- package Archer Farms tri-colored gnocchi
1/2- can pasta sauce (your choice on flavor)
4- slices provolone cheese


Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2. Bring a large pot of water to boil. Once a rolling boil is present, drop in gnocchi. Allow to cook for 3 minutes. Remove from heat, drain.
3. Heat sauce to medium temperature.
4. Pour gnocchi and sauce into oven-safe pan. Spread evenly.
5. Place cheese evenly over dish.
6. Bake for 5-6 minutes or until cheese is melted.
