Peanut Butter and Banana Shake recipe - Healthy Diet Recipes

Notes:
This shake tastes great and keeps me full for hours!  You can make it anytime, for a meal or snack; I have мейд it for breakfast several times and that’s when I like to have it!

Servings: 1


Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk
2 tbsps peanut butter
1 small banana
1 tbsp wheat germ


Directions:
Mix in blender and enjoy. Weight Watchers Points- 7
