Peanut Butter and Banana Shake recipe - Healthy Diet Recipes

Ingredients: 1 cup skim milk 2 tbsps peanut butter 1 small banana 1 tbsp wheat germ
Directions: Mix in blender and enjoy. Weight Watchers Points- 7
