Notes:
I usually order a pizza and eat the top off but decided to try making one without crust. I used the large sandwich size pepperoni as my crust and piled on the ingredients

Ingredients:
sandwich sized pepperoni, can diced tomatoes, pizza seasoning, fav toppings (I used red onion, bell pepper, green olives, canadian bacon, italian sausage) cheese
Directions:
layer pan with the pepperoni, pour over tomatoes, add pizza seasoning ( I used garlic and italian seasoning) , toppings, and cheese
bake for 10 min or until cheese done
(note the pepperonis make the bottom a bit greasy so dab with paper towels)
