I invented this blend a couple years ago. Sprinkle it on meat, fish or poultry before cooking! It is delish! It also goes great on steamed veggies! I even sprinkle it on sandwiches and salads for extra flavor! I left salt out so I could control the amount I use but you could certainly add some if your diet allows.

Ingredients:
6 ounces onion powder
3 ounces garlic powder
1 1/2 ounces pepper
Directions:
Mix together in a bowl. Put in a 12-ounce shaker (like the kind used for Parmesan cheese in a restaurant) and enjoy!
I found my shaker at the local supermarket in the kitchen utensil isle.
Also, never mind the cook time and serving data, there is no zero and I had to choose something.
