I’ve мейд this smoothie for my family twice this week already because they thought it was delicious!
Servings: 2
Ingredients:
1 whole ripe mango
1 1/2 tablespoons of honey
3/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1 cup ice
Directions:
Peel & dice the mango & puree in a blender until mango is in liquified. Stop blender & add the 3/4 cup of nonfat plain yogurt & cup of ice. Continue to blend until the ice is incoporated well into the mango & yogurt. Stop blender once again & add the 1 1/2 tablespoons of honey. Re-cover & blend until honey is distributed evenly within mixture.
