Asian style chicken kabobs, sweet and very spicy. Two kabobs in a serving.

Ingredients:
1lb chicken breast (in 1 inch cubes), 1\4 cup hoisin sauce, 1 1\2 Teaspoom ground ginger, 1 Tablespoon sesame oil, 1 Tablespoon rice (wine) vinegar, sesame seeds, 4 wooden or metal skewers
Directions:
Preheat Grill, Mix all ingredients except chicken in a medium bowl then set aside 1 Tablespoon for basting. Add Chicken and marinate for 20 minutes. Add chicken to skewers spacing 1\2 inch apart. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill until chicken is cooked about 9-10 minutes. basting and turning often. sprinkle with seeds.
