Notes:
This is a juice/smoothie that I drink every morning. It is full of vegetables, so it will fill you up without virtually any calories! It is so filling that I replace it for a meal, usually breakfast. There’s tofu in there too, to add some natural protein!
Servings: 1 big glass
Ingredients:
Water (up to you - more water makes it thinner)
1 tomato
1/2 cucumber with the skin (all of the nutrients of a cucumber are found in the skin)
1/4 carrot
2 almonds
Juice of 1/4 to 1/2 lemon
SPINACH (as much as can fit in your blender)
1 tsp ginger
1/4 c. Soft tofu (optional) (Add to taste - depending on how creamy you want the smoothie to be)
Directions:
Put everything in a blender and mix it up!
