FUll~filling oatmeal breakfast :) recipe - Healthy Diet Recipes

Notes:
a vegan oatmeal full of omega-fat :P

Servings: 1


Ingredients:
Boiled water
vegan oatmeal
mini whole-grain bagle
walnuts
crushed flaxseed


Directions:
Boil water. Empty a packet of the oatmeal in to a bowl (mine had raisins in it :P). Add the hot water and mix. Break up the mini-bagle into small chunks then add it in and mix it. Break up the walnuts then add into the mix. The flax seeds are last to go in because they become slightly toxic if you heat them up, and the oatmeal should be cooler by now.
