This is a super tasty dish that you can make so fast!
Servings: 1-2
Ingredients:
1 Cooked Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast (boiled or grilled)
1 c. Cooked Rice
1/4 c. snow peas
1/4 c. Fresh Broccoli
1/4 c. Fresh Chopped Carrots
1/4 cup alfalfa sprouts
3 tbsp. honey
3 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 clove of garlic chopped
3 tbsp water
Directions:
1. Cook chicken by either grilling or boiling.
2. Mix honey, garlic, oil, water and soy sauce together.
3. Put all the veggies chopped up in a plastic bowl with a lid and mix in the chicken.
4. Put the stove on high and begin to heat up the frying pan.
5. Pour in the sauce mix and close the container. Shake to coat the container.
6. Stir fry and eat!
