"Buffalo Chicken" recipe - Easy Diet, Healthy Diet, Low Carb Diet Recipes

Notes:
yummy, easy, fills the craving for wings

Servings: 1


Ingredients:
white meat chicken (canned is so easy or you can cook it yourself)
cayenne pepper sauce (didn't know if we could say F's Red Hot)
celery (sticks or stalks, your choice)
OPTIONAL blue cheese dressing, (light or fat free if you are going that route)


Directions:
EASY—


1. Mix white meat chicken (shredded if you cooked it yourself) and the hot sauce, until it is as hot as you like, (add blue cheese dressing if you need a creamier texture)
2. Spread on celery stalks or use celery sticks to scoop it up.
