Breaded Chicken recipe -

Notes:
This is a favorite of mine as it is so easy and so delicious and is very low Weight Watcher pnts. It takes about 10 minutes to prepare and only 30 minutes to bake.

Servings: 1


Ingredients:
Instant potatoe flakes (any flavor)
Chicken Strips
Fat free Italian dressing


Directions:
Dip chicken strips in ff Italian dressing then dip in potatoe flakes bake in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.


3 strips=3 W/W pnts
