Chocolate Eclair Cake recipe -

Notes:
WW Points value is 4pts per serving.

Servings: 12-24


Ingredients:
48 whole reduced-fat graham crackers
1 1/2 cup Creamy Deluxe Milk Chocolate Frosting
8 serving fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla pudding & pie filling mix
2 Cups Skim Milk
16 oz Cool Whip Free Whipped Topping


Directions:
Mix all of the pudding mixes with the 2 cups of Skim Milk. Fold in the 16 oz Free Whipped Topping until smooth.


Line a 8 x 11 dish with graham crackers.


Pour filling on top


Cover top of filling with remainder of graham crackers.


Melt the chocolate icing in microwave for one minute and then pour over top of crackers. Cover dish.


Refrigerate for at least 8 hours or over night. (best over night)
