Shrimp Creole recipe -

Notes:

Servings: 4


Ingredients:
1/4 cup melted butter
1 large onion
1/2 cup minced green pepper
1 minced clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
dash pepper
1/8 tsp. dried rosemary
1/8 tsp paprika
1 tsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash Worcestershire sauce
dash ketchup
1/4 cup cooking wine (or water)
1 can tomato soup
1 small can tomato sauce
1 lb. shrimp, cooked in salt water


Directions:
Melt butter in saucepan. Add onion, green pepper
and garlic; saute 10 minutes, or until tender.
Add remaining ingredients, except shrimp. Add
water for desired consistency. Bring to boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add shrimp
(cooked and drained). Heat thoroughly.
Serve on hot rice.
