Orange Marmalade Cooked Chicken Breasts…Oh So Yummy…and at only 164 calories how can you say no?
Servings: 4; 164 cal
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts (skinned and de-boned)
1/2 cup orange marmalade
1/2 corn syrup
1 tbs almond or vanilla extract (choose your favorite)
Directions:
1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees farenheit and spray a baking sheet with PAM
2. Place chicken breasts on baking sheet round side down and cook 30 min.
3. While chicken is cooking take a small mixing bowl and stir the orange marmalade, corn syrup and vanilla or almond extract together
4. After chicken has cooked for a full thirty minutes remove it from the oven and turn it over
5. Baste the chicken breasts with the marmalade mixture and then return to oven for another 30 minutes; basting every ten minutes after this till cooked
6. Chicken should be cooked through with no pink
