Notes:
This ragu takes about 60 seconds to make and it’s nice and light. Also note that you can cook some extra lean beef mince and then add your ragu once the beef is semi cooked, make sure you leave to simmer on a low heat a stir.

Ingredients:
1-2tbs olive oil
1-2 tins of freshly chopped tomato's
5 chopped basil leaves (add or deduct to suite taste)
1 birds eye chili (optional)
1-2 cloves of garlic, chopped
1-2 pinches of sea salt (not table salt)
Directions:
Add your olive oil to the pan and leave to heat
Add your chopped garlic and chili and leave until you start to see some colour
Add your basil and then add the chopped tomato's
Add a pinch or two of sea salt
Stir well
