Notes: A very simple way to jazz up baby carrots. They’re great re-heated too!
Servings: 6
Ingredients: 3 c. baby carrots 1 Tbsp. olive oil 1 1/2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
Directions: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Add baby carrots and saute until tender, 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat, and toss with balsamic vinegar & brown sugar. Serve warm!
