1 celery heart ( that's about 4 cups of celery )
2 cups cherry tomatoes ( that's about 2 cups of diced tomatoes )
4 oz. carrots ( that's about 1/2 cup of diced carrots )
1/4 lemon
salt and pepper

Preparation
wash veggies really well
place veggies into juicer
pour into very large glass
add a squeeze of lemon and salt and pepper to taste
makes about 3 cups
tip : use pulp from juicer on salads or in sauces to get all the nutrients
tip : maby add protien powder if you want
CAUTION:
since fresh juice is not pasturized,
drink juice within 8 hours
